Robert L. McMillan, II
A native Charlottean, Robert is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina with over 9 years of development, leasing and brokerage experience. He is responsible for leasing, sales, brokerage and business development for Sageworth Properties, LLC.
Subsequent to forming Sageworth Properties, Robert was a real estate broker at Cambridge Partners in Charlotte, NC, responsible for leasing the mixed-use Town of Ayrsley. Prior to Cambridge, he was the Manager of Strategic Partners at Source Technologies, an innovative printing solutions company.
Robert is a graduate of Woodberry Forest School and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors® and The International Council of Shopping Centers. In the community, Robert is an active member of the Board of Managers at the Steele Creek YMCA, a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church, and President of the Woodberry Forest Charlotte Alumni Association.
Albert is a licensed General Contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina with over 20 years of medical and clinical new construction and development experience. His responsibilities at Sageworth Properties include: development, construction management and finance.Albert is the Managing Member of Thomas Building Company, LLC, a general contracting company organized in May 2000, specializing in new and up-fit construction for medical office facilities. Previous to forming Thomas Building Company, Albert was Vice President of Florida Operations for the Winter Construction Company in Orlando, Florida. Before Winter Construction, he was Manager of Pre-Construction Services for Brice Building Company in Atlanta, Georgia.
Having grown up in Weirton, West Virginia, Albert lived all along the East Coast before relocating with his family to Charlotte, NC in 2000. He graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Civil Engineering, and continued on to receive his Masters of Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
